Governance

The Company is governed by a Court of Assistants, headed by an annually elected Master and three Wardens. Liverymen may progress to the Court of Assistants by election from within the Livery.

The Court meets once a month, and is supported by a number of standing committees comprising members of the Court and Liverymen.

Day-to-day administration is carried out by the Clerk, and the Beadle, officers of the Company appointed by the Court, and a small team of staff.
